4 Days Mount Meru

Day 1 – Momella Gate to Miriakamba Hut

Begin your adventure at Momella Gate in Arusha National Park and trek through lush forests rich with wildlife including giraffes, buffaloes, and monkeys. Arrive at Miriakamba Hut for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 – Miriakamba Hut to Saddle Hut

Continue through scenic moorlands while enjoying breathtaking views of the Meru Crater and Ash Cone. Reach Saddle Hut for relaxation and acclimatization before summit day.

Day 3 – Acclimatization & Meru Exploration

Spend the day acclimatizing with a short hike around the surrounding area and enjoy panoramic views of the mountain landscapes. Return to Saddle Hut for dinner and overnight preparation for the summit climb.

Day 4 – Summit to Socialist Peak & Descent

Begin your early morning ascent to Socialist Peak, the summit of Mount Meru, and witness a spectacular sunrise over Mount Kilimanjaro. After the summit, descend back to Momella Gate, completing your unforgettable trekking adventure.
