Our Kilimanjaro packages include all transfers listed in the itinerary. Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our driver will welcome you and take you to your hotel in a spacious, comfortable vehicle. Our vehicles offer ample luggage space, complimentary bottled water, Wi-Fi access, and wet wipes for your comfort. All vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure a safe and reliable journey.

Our Kilimanjaro climbing packages include two nights in a comfortable 3-star hotel in Moshi: one night before the climb and another after your descent. Accommodation is based on sharing a double room, unless you request a single room at an additional cost.

We select hotels that offer a relaxing atmosphere, friendly service, comfortable rooms, a restaurant, a swimming pool, laundry facilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi. If your preferred hotel is unavailable, we will arrange a suitable alternative with a similar standard of comfort and service.

Depending on availability, you may stay at a peaceful lodge outside Moshi or a hotel closer to town, where you can explore local restaurants, shops, and cafรฉs.

Meals and hotel services

Our packages include bed and breakfast. Lunch and dinner are available at the hotel restaurants, where you can enjoy a selection of local and international dishes.

Room arrangements

If you are travelling with a companion, you will normally share a room. Solo travellers may share with another traveller of the same sex. If you prefer privacy, you can request a single room for an additional fee. We recommend booking early because availability may be limited during busy climbing seasons.

Please note that additional hotel nights resulting from an early descent or a change to your itinerary may incur extra charges.

Pre-climb briefing and departure

On the day before your climb, our team will meet you at your hotel for an orientation briefing. We will review your itinerary, check your climbing equipment, and explain important safety procedures. Our driver will then collect you at the scheduled time to begin your Kilimanjaro adventure.

We provide quality camping equipment to help you enjoy a comfortable and reliable experience while climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.

Durable, All-Weather Tents

Our climbing expeditions use sturdy four-season tents designed to withstand cold temperatures, wind, and rain. Each tent provides a sheltered space to store your boots and outdoor gear before entering the sleeping area.

For extra comfort, we limit occupancy to two climbers per tent, leaving enough room for you and your luggage. Couples and friends can share a tent, while solo travellers are generally paired with another climber of the same sex.

Private Tent Option

If you prefer to sleep alone, you can request a private tent for an additional fee. This covers the extra porter support needed to transport the equipment. Please inform your tour consultant when booking so the necessary arrangements can be made.

Throughout your Kilimanjaro adventure, our mountain chefs and support team will prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our menus focus on providing balanced, nutritious, and energy-ricNutritious Meals During Your Kilimanjaro Climb
